Flawed Judgment

Flawed Judgment

Our judgment is always biased. We judge others’ failure to be caused by their characters but ours by circumstances—even when we fail to try while others tried and failed.

We pass incomplete judgment instinctively based on experience and information we have at the moment, which are also incomplete. As a result, our judgments are only partially accurate at best.

You must first be aware of the indwelling cognitive bias existence before you can deliberately overcome them.

Above all, stop passing any judgment before you can accurately judge yourself.
